Who I am:

I love Jesus, my wife, my kids, and having fun.

I've been married to Nicole for 20 years and we have two kiddos. Our daughter, Annabelle, is 18 and our son, Josiah, is 15.  As a family we love playing card/board games, watching movies, eating ice cream and kayaking.

Prior to having the privilege to serve in ministry vocationally, I served in the US Navy, was an electrician for the Union Pacific Railroad, and worked as a corrections officer in the Cowlitz County Jail.

I enjoy hiking trails and the outdoors, as long as I’m close enough to civilization to feel safe. I try and share parts of my life on Youtube, you can watch a few vlogs HERE.

What I’m Doing:

I am a missionary with InFaith, helping people to be rooted and built up in their faith through disciple making and digital ministry.

I host and produce the Bible Study Discussion Podcast as a resource for people to get started with studying the Scriptures. I livestream Fortnite & Fellowship, where I have the opportunity to talk about my faith with students while gaming together.

I also get to lead a small group at our church and come alongside others small group leaders to encourage them as we make disciples.

Why it matters:

While I don’t think that online interaction can or should replace in-person relationships, I do believe that there is great value in have an intention and strategic online presence.

So I hope to make disciples as part of my local church community as well as creating online content and community so that people can know and experience the life-changing love of King Jesus.
